DVD, GAMES, and CDS TERMS AND POLICIES.

All of our CD’s and DVD’s are formatted for the USA and Canada. They are BRAND NEW,
Factory Sealed items direct from the manufacturer with original cases. These are NOT bootlegs or copies.
You acknowledge that the Website contains adult rated material intended for individuals 18 years of age or older and of legal age to view adult material as determined by the local and national laws of the region in which You reside. You agree not to enter the Website if you are not 18 years of age or older, if adult material offends you, or if you are accessing the Website from any community or country where adult material is specifically prohibited by law.
PAYMENT METHODS (DVD, GAMES, and CDS)
We currently accept payment through PayPal, Money Order, Cashiers Check, and Western Union.
Please be sure all checks (Cashiers Check or Money Order) are from US banks in USD. If you are
going to pay with a method other than PayPal, please put in the notes section of the checkout
your payment method (Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Western Union). Items WILL NOT be shipped
until all checks have cleared our bank (can take up to 14 business days depending on your bank.)

SHIPPING & HANDLING (DVD, GAMES, and CDS)
Most items ship within 1-3 business days. The shipping and handling charged with your order is
a non-refundable charge, unless the item you purchased is defective, was listed incorrectly online
or you were shipped a different product than you ordered. Shipping and Handling charges are as follows;
WITHIN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: (USPS First Class) $4.50ea for the first DVD and 2.00 for
each additional DVD (Shipping Insurance Included). Approximate delivery time is 3-8 business days,
but can take up to 15 business days for delivery.
WITHIN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: (USPS Express) $16.50 for the first DVD and 14.00 for each
additional DVD (Shipping Insurance Included). Approximate delivery time is NEXT DAY DELIVERY, but can
take up to 3 business days depending on when you order. If you have any questions on this shipping
method, please e-mail us first before you make the purchase.
GLOBAL PRIORITY (International): $12.00 for the first DVD and $9.00 for each additional DVD
(Shipping insurance is included). Approximate delivery time is 5-10 business days, but can take 4-6 weeks,
depending on customs.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We are only human. Occasionally we can mis-count our inventory. If your purchase is unavailable for any
reason, we will happily refund your complete purchase price.
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (DVD, GAMES, and CDS)
RubyFam, Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide within 30days
that you do not want the DVD, GAME, and/or CD product you purchased, you may return it for a full refund as long as it is .
unopened and in it's original packaging. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.
In order to receive a refund, you must contact us for a Return Authorization number before returning your product.
Opened items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged, in these cases, the item will be exchanged for the
same title (a refund will be givin' if the title is not in stock to exchange). As stated above, you must contact
us for a Return Authorization number before we can exchange or refund you for the item.
MOBILE ELECTRONICS TERMS AND POLICIES
Currently we can only take and fulfill online (website) orders from persons:

Warranty Policy (MOBILE ELECTRONICS)
All sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges, unless you have defective merchandise. We do not issue refunds on defective item, we can only repair or replace the item. If we are unable to repair or replace the item you will be issed a store credit.
All products sold by RubyFam.com are new, first quality (never seconds) brand name merchandise. We do
offer factory reconditioned items, the condition of those items are marked as factory reconditioned
and they all offer a limited warranty. All new products unless otherwise noted carry a one year
limited warranty from RubyFam.com, refurbished and open box products carry 90 days limited warranty
from date of purchase.
All warranty claims must be made through RubyFam.com customer service, and we must issue a RMA number.
Items returned without an RMA will be rejected at the expense of the customer. Depending on the
manufacturer and the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. The customer is
responsible for shipping charges on defective merchandise to our company or the manufacturer.
Our ‘’USED’’ car audio and products are sold on an ‘’as-is’’ basis without warranty. These products

RubyFam.com warranty is voided if specific serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals
have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also voided due to user abuse, misuse,
defacing, and improper operation or installation.
In all circumstances the warranty will be voided if there is;
* Evidence of improper installation, including but not limited to: reversed polarity and dangerously
low impedances.
* Evidence of water damage.
* Evidence of physical abuse including but not limited to cracked cones or baskets, torn surround,
scratched faceplates, scratched covers or shrouds. Any item damaged in transit should be reported as
soon as received. Please read below for further instructions.
* Any item purchased from RubyFam.com was not installed by a professional. We reserve the right to
ask for written proof of professional installation. (BestBuy is NOT an authorized mobile electronics
installer for RubyFam.com)
* Evidence of misuse including accidental or intentional abuse. This includes but may not be limited
to driving an amplifier into clipping, or pushing a subwoofer at constant high volumes.
* Evidence of previous repair by another repair center other than RubyFam.com.
* Evidence of, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives,
coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent,
chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates.
* No record of purchase from RubyFam.com. We will do our best to look for your sales information,
but ultimately it is your responsibility to retain your sales receipt.
RubyFam, Inc. shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and
reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been
improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty. We reserve the right to
require all car stereo equipment to be professionally installed by an authorized mobile electronics
installer (BestBuy is NOT an authorized mobile electronics installer for RubyFam). All returns,
exchanges and refunds are processed immediately upon receipt. Please allow 2-8 weeks from the time
you return your item for your refund or exchange to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow
2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement
Returns Methods:
All sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges. This doesn’t apply to defective merchandise. See
Warranty above.
We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed
(when you click the Submit Order button) until your Product is received by you and returned to us.
Please see our warranty policies for instructions on refunds. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return methods below to determine
your preferred method of return. To cancel your order, please contact us at

been shipped or if it has been backordered by your request we cannot cancel your order. If you have any

Warranty returns require RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number). In order to obtain this # you
must e-mail CustomerService@RubyFam.com or use our
contact form with the subject
‘RMA REQUEST’.
Please e-mail us your Name, address, contact phone number, the description of the defect and your
order# . Once you have submitted us with this information, we will send you a RMA# with instructions
on how to return your item.
All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories, wires, manuals and instructions.
Any product received that shows any sign of abuse or physical damage (as listed above) will NOT be
accepted for warranty service regardless of any other problem with the product. All returns must be
packaged to prevent damage in return shipping.
All products returned that are improperly packaged or damaged in shipping due to improper packaging
will be returned to customer with no credits or further warranty repairs. Proper packaging is
determined to be that the product should be packaged in a box with sufficient padding inside the box
around the product to prevent damage in transit.
Once we receive the defective item(s), we will test the equipment for defects. If the item(s) are in
working order we will bill the customer $25.00 for the diagnostic. The customer will also be
responsible for the return shipping on non-defective items.
Please remember repairs take time. Your patience will be required for this. RubyFam.com will not be
responsible for loss of usage of product during this period of time nor will a loaner product be

Return shipping and insurance costs will be the customer's responsibility on all returns to
RubyFam.com . Customer agrees to ship so tracking services can be used in case product is lost in
transit and for proof of return. Once repaired or replaced, RubyFam.com will return the repaired or
replaced product at no-charge.

RubyFam.com does not claim to be an authorized internet retailer for many of the brands on our site,
but we do offer a 1-year limited warranty through RubyFam.com on all new products purchased through

Shipping Methods And Costs (MOBILE ELECTRONICS)
At RubyFam.com we are committed to getting your order safely to your doorstep as fast as possible and at minimum cost. The typical shipping is figured by our chart below. These prices are only good in the 48 Contiguous United States.
We ship primarily UPS ground shipping. You have an option for overnighting your items if you prefer. You will be able to select your shipping method at the checkout. All taxes and shipping will be figured in before you make your purchase and you will be able to review your order before completing the checkout.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Please be sure and select a Mobile Electronics shipping method in the checkout and NOT the DVD, Video Game, Etc.. shipping method. If you choose the incorrect shipping method your order will need to be refunded and then you will have to checkout again. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Three Day Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air service). For checks and money orders make the payment out to RubyFam, Inc and send a printed copy of your
receipt e-mail. When you make a purchase with check or money order through our checkout, you will
receive an e-mail giving you instructions how to complete your payment.

MMORPG Services
EVE-ONLINE SERVICES TERMS
*Delivery is done via 'Contracts' in SAFE (0.5 and above) Empire Space.
* Currently we are unable to make deliveries to specific locations. We make our deliveries
in major hub systems and if you give us your
current solar system when ordering we do our best to get the items as close to you as
possible.
*'Contract’ will be set to 14 (Fourteen) days, to the character name you give us.
If 'Contract' is not claimed within this time period you may request additional time for
re-delivery.
* OUR STORE HOURS ARE 8:00AM - 6:00PM US CST Monday through Friday, and we are closed on Sundays.
We are open most Saturdays from 10:00AM - 5:00PM US CST. We are closed on most US
Major Holidays.
* If you are new to our store you must have a Verified and Confirmed PayPal address on
your PayPal account, when you use a PayPal account. We require a phone number that matches
the billing address of the credit or debit cards you may use to place a purchase. The only other
payment method we will accept is money orders, cashiers checks and Western Union money wire in USD,
due to the high ammount of digital item theft. Your item will be 'Contracted' once we receive the
payment in full. Your PayPal information and your Shipping information must match, we ALWAYS require
a phone number for verification purposes.
* If you are new to our store, orders over $40 may require you to wait 3-5 days for payment
to clear. Most other orders are delivered within 12 business hours. Anything under $40 normaly
requires just a phone call verification for transfer.
* When you make a purchase of over $40 USD, you may be required to receive a confirmation
code in the mail (It will come through USPS mail on a CD and a receipt with the code on it as well)
and then it must be verified by phone or e-mail. You may be required to sign for the code once it
comes to your home for verification on orders over $250. In most cases you will only be required to
do this once to verify your account, unless you havn't shopped with us for over 6 months. We have

* EXACT CHARACTER NAME and CORP YOU'RE IN IS REQUIRED to prevent delivery delays. We only
ask for your corporation information to match your character, and insure that your items are

contact phone number.
We cannot make deliveries during game down time, or if the server is having problems.
Other MMORPG Delivery information
Please be sure you have included your full character name and the server in which
your character is on. Failure to do this can result in delivery delays.
All other MMORPG game virtual currency and/or item delivery instructions can be found
on the main page of that game. Virtual transactions can take up to 48 hours, however most
of our deliveries are complete within 12-24 hours, provided you are an established customer.
