This page will help you to collect your contract. If you have any questions about this page or anything else please feel free to contact us either through our feedback page or at CustomerService@Rubyfam.com.

1) Click on the contract icon as pictured below.

2) This will pop up the contract window (pictured below). Make sure your tab is on the start page and then click on the link as shown in the picture below. You may have more than one contract depending on what you ordered.

NOTE: The game has been having trouble with the link working from time to time. Simply click on another tab in the contract window and then click on the start page tab then repeat step 2.

3) Be sure all your fields are set the same as in the picture below. Move your cursor over the item until it lights up, then double left click on it.

4) Click on the accept button for the contract as shown below.

5) When it asks if you wish to really accept the contract. Select yes. Your items will now be on the dock that was specified in the contract.
