How do you store Credit Card information?
Your credit card information is stored with PayPal and not with us. We only have your initial information stored on our secure server. We do use a 128/256bit encrypted SSL on our checkout and on our saved information therfor you can be sure your information is secure.
Will my Eve Online account get banned if I purchase items?
We can't give a 100% gaurantee on this, however we work very hard to keep your account as safe as possible. Remember we play the game too and don't use exploits to make our isk. We also never advertise in game about our store, and never mention your purchase ingame via eve-mail or ingame chat. These are just a few minor steps we take in many to assure your account safety and security when buying from us. Your account safety if of a high priority to us. If you are purchasing from a store that claims there isn't any risk making the purchase be very careful as this is a lie, there is no guarantee in this area unless the game allows RMT (Real Money Trading). We pride ourselves in never hiding the truths from our customers. If you have further questions about this please feel free to ask us.
How does Eve Online delivery work and how will I know when my items have been delivered?
Isk is delivered straight to your characters wallet or through the contract system. All items are delivered via 'Contracts'. When we make the delivery we will send your PayPal e-mail address a delivery e-mail to let you know when delivery is made. PLEASE REMEMBER TO ADD CUSTOMERSERVICE@RUBYFAM.COM TO YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS BOOK. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO RECEIVE E-MAILS IF YOU HAVE A SPAM FILTER. We often have trouble communicating with our customers, because our mails get trapped by spam filters. Remember if for any reason you have questions, please don't hesitate to e-mail CustomerService@RubyFam.com, we often check our e-mails even when the store is closed to try and keep things running as smooth as possible for you.
I cannot find the add to cart button where is it?
From time to time we will run very low on stock. When this happens we have a feature that will disable the add to cart button so you are not in a situation where you are led to believe we have items that are currently not in stock anymore. If you cannot find the checkout button, you may always e-mail us and ask when they will be available again and how soon deliveries will continue.

It's been over 24 hours where are my items?
If you have waited over 24hours and still don't have your items, either we have typed in the incorrect name or your 'contract' window hasn't been set correct to see your items. The only time you may have to wait over 24 hours to receive anything is when the server is down or if you are new to our store.
If it has been over 24 hours and you have not received your items please contact us at CustomerService@RubyFam.com. Please be sure you have put down a phone number that matches your billing address and the best time of day to contact you. This will help to insure prompt delivery.
This is what we need from you in order to provide the most prompt delivery:
* A phone number that matches your billing address.
* The best time of day to contact you by phone.
* Be sure CustomerService@RubyFam.com is in your e-mail address book so we are not filtered by spam blockers. If some of your information is missing and we need to contact you, e-mail is the first method we use to try and communicate with you. (We will never use ingame communication to insure the safety of your game account)
* Exact character name and Corporation the character is in. (We need the Corp. information so we can check your characters info and make sure your character matches your corp. to insure proper delivery to you.)

We are open Mon. - Fri. 8:00AM - 6:00PM US CST. We are closed on most major holidays.
We DO NOT make deliveries on Sundays. We are not a large operation therfor need a day off every once in a while =).
